Aromatic Labels

How many times have had to open a product to know its aroma? When buying air-fresheners, shampoos, creams, deodorants, cleaning products, etc, the smell of the product is basic in the buying decision.  That is why IPE Innovaciones Para Etiquetajes, S.L has developed Aromatic Labels with a special area that when scratched, gives the aroma desired.

Smell is an excellent sales tool that can be taken advantage of by using Aromatic Labels, as they are ideal for the consumer to know the aroma of the product he/she is buying, avoiding having to open it. These labels can incorporate standard or personalised aromas so that the purchase of the product turns into a sensory experience for the consumer.

A product’s label can be used as a tool to transmit feelings through our senses; in this case smells can stimulate, provoke, seduce and attract the attention of the buyer to the product.

Phosphorescent Inks

Within the wide range of special inks offered by IPE Innovaciones para Etiquetajes, S.L, are the phosphorescent inks, which charge with energy from any light and then shine in the dark for a certain amount of time.
Phosphorescent inks are invisible under the regular light but when in the dark they reflect a greenish, bluish or yellowish colour, depending on the pigments.  These types of inks may be used for labels of promotional products, drinks and other products available in night environments.  Furthermore they are also interesting for product related with children due to their particular and bright properties.

Finally, these types of inks may also be used as a safety application in products that require an automatic and fast authentication such as to verify stamps or medicine boxes.

Sleeves for confectionery products

The confectionery sector has needed to adapt its packaging to the new consumption habits with regard to formats and labels. These are every day more noticeable and manufactured with complex printing techniques to generate shines, sparkles, textures and contrasts that distinguish the products from those of the competition.  Sleeves are being used by this sector as a differentiating element that adapts perfectly to the changes of formats.

An example of which is the sleeve used for round chewing-gum containers, which completely covers the container giving the product a touch of distinction. This image shows some of the sleeve’s properties, its capacity to adapt to containers of different shapes and sizes and the possibility of combining printed areas and transparencies, in this case to be able to see the chewing-gums.
